Everything exceeded expectations! It was delivered early, set up perfectly, clean/ like new, with every amenity possible! We got a quick tutorial (we were first time RV users/ total rookies) that was spot on! Talk about a total success with ages 1yr, 4yr old, 35, 45, 73yr old and our big dog! We were proactively provided with everything we needed plus so much more that had everyone covered! We do it all over again 100x out of 100!

Brad came and set up the camper. Explained every detail needed. they had some necessities in the frig, which was great. Shampoo, conditioner and a few towels. We brought sleeping bags, but did not need them since the bed was made. The bed and pillows were comfortable. we didn't need to use the kitchen, so cannot comment on that. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Not pulling the camper and dropping it off made this the best part of camping!
