Pamela was incredible to work with. Her communication was great the entire time. She delivered the trailer and set it all up for us then came back and grabbed it at the end of our trip. We would rent MERZI again in a heartbeat. The RV was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, including our 2 teenagers. It was in excellent condition, easy to drive, and absolutely spotless. The owner, Winie, was a terrific communicator, explained the RV's operation extremely thoroughly, and was a helpful resource whenever we had questions during the trip. All in all, an amazing experience for these 1st-time RVers!
